ppvib Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ppvib website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the ppvib platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the ppvib platform immediately and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ppvib platform, including registered account holders, guest visitors, and any person who accesses the platform through any device including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers. Use of the ppvib platform from any location constitutes acceptance of these terms regardless of whether you have explicitly confirmed acceptance during a registration flow.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Relationship Between the Parties

These terms create a direct contractual relationship between you, the individual user, and ppvib. No third party is intended to be a beneficiary of this agreement, and no third party has any right to enforce any provision of these terms under any applicable law or legal doctrine.

2 Eligibility and Registration

Age Requirement

The ppvib platform is exclusively available to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration. This age restriction applies universally and without exception. ppvib takes its obligations in relation to underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures to confirm the age of all registered users prior to processing any withdrawal. If you are under the age of 18, you are strictly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the ppvib platform.

Geographic Eligibility

The ppvib platform is operated and marketed for use by adults located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ppvib platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. ppvib makes no representation that the services offered are legal, appropriate, or available for use outside of its intended market. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and ppvib accepts no liability arising from such access.

Registration Requirements

To create a ppvib account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. ppvib reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ppvib platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ppvib employs technical and manual processes to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

Account Verification (KYC)

ppvib is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You must provide a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal request will be processed. Acceptable identification documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladesh authority. ppvib may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documentation.

3 Account Obligations and Security

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ppvib account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method associated with your account. ppvib strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your ppvib account and that you enable SMS-based two-factor authentication from the account security settings panel.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ppvib will never ask you for your password through any communication channel including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password from a party claiming to represent ppvib should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Responsibility for Account Activity

All activity conducted through your ppvib account, including all bets placed and all deposits and withdrawals made, is your sole responsibility. ppvib will not reverse or void transactions made through your account on the basis that your credentials were shared with or stolen by a third party unless there is clear, documented evidence of unauthorised access that was reported to ppvib promptly upon discovery.

Account Security Incidents

If you believe your ppvib account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact the ppvib support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. ppvib will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. Account security investigations are conducted in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business practices and are typically resolved within 48 hours of the initial report.

Accurate Information

You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method details — you must update your account profile immediately. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to payment processing or temporary suspension of your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

ppvib accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals from Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ppvib reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice. The current list of available payment methods is always displayed within the ppvib cashier section.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction via mobile banking methods.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ppvib balance within 30 seconds of a successful transaction during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited during standard Bangladesh banking hours.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ppvib does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 Bangladesh banking business days to reach your account.
• ppvib reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including for withdrawals of unusually large amounts or where enhanced due diligence is required.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while any active wagering requirement associated with a bonus remains unfulfilled, unless the bonus is forfeited prior to making the withdrawal request.

Currency

All transactions on the ppvib platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ppvib does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT only.

Failed and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your mobile wallet or bank account but not credited to your ppvib balance, you must contact ppvib support immediately with the relevant transaction reference number. ppvib will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit your balance within 24 hours. ppvib accepts no liability for delays caused by technical issues on the side of third-party payment providers.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on the ppvib sportsbook and all wagers placed in the ppvib casino and live casino are final once confirmed. ppvib does not accept requests to cancel, void, or modify a bet after it has been submitted and confirmed through the platform interface, except in the specific circumstances described in the Void Bets section below.

Sportsbook — Cricket and Other Sports

ppvib's sportsbook covers cricket including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international series, and other scheduled cricket fixtures. Additional sports markets including football, kabaddi, and hockey are available subject to event scheduling. In-play markets are subject to the availability of live event data and may be suspended or adjusted at any time during an event at ppvib's discretion.

Void Bets

ppvib reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play period has elapsed as defined in sport-specific rules.
• A bet was placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or data feed error.
• ppvib determines that a bet was placed with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of placing (insider information).
• The result of an event is subsequently overturned or amended by the relevant governing body.

Casino and Live Casino

All casino games on the ppvib platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or are streamed from certified live dealer studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG or physical game mechanics in the live studio environment. ppvib does not and cannot manipulate the outcome of any game. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino hand or spin, ppvib's system will record the state of the game at disconnection and resolve the outcome in accordance with the game provider's standard disconnection rules.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, event, and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market before a wager is placed. ppvib reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or risk management considerations.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms

ppvib offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion, which are published within the ppvib promotions section and in the account dashboard at the time of bonus activation. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by ppvib are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, minimum odds requirements for sportsbook bonuses, and bonus expiry periods are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements before a bonus expires will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings accumulated using that bonus.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. ppvib reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, including the right to exclude accounts from promotional offers where there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or any other conduct that ppvib reasonably determines is inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value prior to completion of the applicable wagering requirement.

Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

ppvib regularly runs seasonal promotions aligned with events of cultural significance to Bangladeshi players, including but not limited to BPL season bonus offers, IPL free bet campaigns, Eid deposit match promotions, and Pohela Boishakh special offers. These promotions are subject to specific eligibility criteria and time limitations, all of which are communicated clearly within the relevant promotional material at the time of the offer.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvib platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the ppvib platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, making deposits, or participating in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or poker-style game with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across multiple markets or platforms using ppvib funds or bonuses.
• Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or any attempt to reclaim deposited funds through a payment provider without first seeking resolution through the ppvib support team.
• Using the ppvib platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the ppvib platform's technical infrastructure.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain multiple welcome bonuses or other first-time player promotional offers.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Accessing the ppvib platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law while misrepresenting your location.

ppvib actively monitors for all of the above and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities, payment processors, and other relevant third parties in relation to any suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by ppvib

ppvib reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ppvib reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder is or appears to be under the age of 18.
• The account holder is or becomes ineligible to use the platform under applicable law.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or prohibited activity is associated with the account.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the account to be closed.
• The account poses a risk to ppvib, other users, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at ppvib's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by the account holder, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ppvib account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your closure request, ppvib will process any pending withdrawals in accordance with standard withdrawal terms before closing the account. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to any refund of any wagering losses incurred prior to closure.

Self-Exclusion

As part of ppvib's responsible gaming commitment, you may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months directly from the responsible gaming section of your account dashboard. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed or shortened before the minimum period has elapsed. Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ppvib will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with ppvib's current fee schedule, which is published in the platform help centre. The dormancy fee will not reduce a balance below zero and will not be applied where a responsible gaming restriction is currently active on the account.
